My plan was to walk fast for 1 mile then run for 1/2 mile, but during my second interval run my calf startes to feel pain again so I had to stop running and walk the rest of the time. I still was able to maintain a good walking pace. Hopefully with rest my calf will feel better soon. It is so nice outside & I need to start doing my long runs for the Broad Street Run.
Not other planned workout today, I am going to a play tonight to see Arsenic & Lace.
