First bike ride of the season. Went to Pennypack park with my daughter Jen. Rode an easy pace since the park was packed with many others wanting to enjoy this lovely first day of spring. The temp was in the mid 70's. So everyone was out with the families walking, running or biking.

4:15 PM - 75 mins. of Biking ~ 16.5 miles (123 AVG - 150 max HR) 444 Kcals.
Went for another bike ride this afternoon. This time I went with my hubby. He was doing his planned 8 mile run. Since my calf is still hurting, I decided to do another ride on the bike. I was able to keep a better pace since I was on my own.

7:00 PM - 60 mins of P90X (Day 20 of 90) KempoX (99 AVG - 124 MAX HR) ~ 215 Kcals.

a decade ago

Injuries suck! My achilles tendon on the right side is bothering me and my left knee is sore too. I was hopng the week off would help. Take it easy on the calf muscle, when's the run?
