10:40 AM: 60 mins of P90X (Day 21 of 90) Stretch X (72 AVG - 92 MAX HR) 88 Kcals.
12:30 PM: 90 mins. of Biking ~ 16.5 miles (109 AVG - 139 MAX HR) 424 Kcals.
Went to Pennypack again for a ride with my daughter Jen. My hubby went for a planned 9 mile run. It is just so nice to be outside and enjoy the nice weather. I love Spring!
5:30 PM - 93 mins of Speed Walking - 6.65 miles (116 AVG - 131 MAX HR) 497 Kcals.
I was reading one of the running magazines & one article was saying that it didn't matter what pace you were doing during your long run, the object is to just get out there and do the time. So I decided to do a long "Walk" since my calf is still bothering me when I run on it. I was really trying to pick up the pace & I suprised myself. My average pace per mile during this walk was a 13:36/mile. Not to bad for "WALKING"!

Suzanne, I didn't think you knew about Dawn but decided not to say anything at the time. Your walking close to my running. I hate it in the races when a couple of ladies are walking just a tad slower than what I think of as running. Pennypack is a nice park. Your kids must be on spring break. they are here.
