Since I was out late last night, I was to tired to wake up and work out this morning. going out again tonight, so this will be my only workout today.

Breakdown: Manual Level 4 for 8 mins, then Level 7 with kick backs for 2 mins. x 6 sets.
Really good posture, kept hands behind back when in level 4. Sweating like crazy!
6:40 AM: 60 mins of P90X (Day 25 of 90) Stretch X (79 AVG - 98 MAX HR) 92 Kcals.
4:15 PM - 65 mins. Jogging Outside - 5.7 miles (128 AVG - 138 MAX HR) 420 Kcals.
