Went to Pennypack again for a ride with my daughter Jen. My hubby went for a planned 9 mile run. It is just so nice to be outside and enjoy the nice weather. I love Spring!

First bike ride of the season. Went to Pennypack park with my daughter Jen. Rode an easy pace since the park was packed with many others wanting to enjoy this lovely first day of spring. The temp was in the mid 70's. So everyone was out with the families walking, running or biking.

My plan was to walk fast for 1 mile then run for 1/2 mile, but during my second interval run my calf startes to feel pain again so I had to stop running and walk the rest of the time. I still was able to maintain a good walking pace. Hopefully with rest my calf will feel...
