24 laps freestyle & 24 laps with kickboard. I am becoming more efficient. I was able to cover 48 laps with less rest between laps.
12:00 PM: 60 mins of P90X (Day 14 of 90) StretchX (73 AVG - 96 MAX HR) 95 Kcals.
4:40 PM - 30 mins. of Stepmill - 2.65 miles (113 AVH -130 MAX HR) 175 Kcals.

Lessons are coming along well. Practiced mostly Leg Kicks with flippers and kick board. This is really a good leg workout.

*Tired this morning, just could not put much real effort into the class. Oh well sometimes we have days like this.
