WORKOUT

5:00 AM - 60 mins of Stepper ~ 5.3 miles ( 122 AVG - 128 MAX HR) 354 Kcals.
Breakdown: Manual Level 4 for 18 minutes , then Manual Level 5 for 42 minutes.

6:10 AM - 30 minutes of Swimming Laps ~ .5 miles (112 AVG - 120 MAX HR) 126 Kcals.

1:20 PM - 62 mins of Walk/Run Intervals - 4.7 miles (128 AVG - 142 MAX HR) 312 Kcals.
Breakdown: 1/2 mile walk/1/4 mile run x 6 sets ( 13.06 mins/mile avg pace.)
It felt good to be outside. No troubles with my calf while doing the run. YEA!

7;15 PM - 30 mins of Biking Outside - 6.3 miles (122 AVG - 136 MAX HR0 171 Kcals
Definitely did not plan to bike, but during my drive home from work I keep on thinking I need to be outside enjoying this nice weather. So I desired to go for a short ride and it was great!

8:20 PM - 93 mins of P90X (Day 32 of 90) YogaX (101 AVG - 108 MAX HR) 194 Kcals.
I was feeling really hungry half way through this workout. Couldn't wait to finish to has a VitaTop muffin....Deep Chocolate with a cup of tea. Yummy!!!!
