6:05 AM - 35 mins. of Swimming - .66 miles (103 AVG - 118 MAX HR) 118 Kcals.
Breakdown: 12 laps freestyle, 12 laps w/flippers, 12 laps, w/flippers & wings, 14 laps w/kickboard & flippers.
12:45 PM - 63 mins of Walking Outside - 4.2 miles ( 97 AVG - 105 MAX HR) 214 Kcals.
Work - Campus Drive Loop X8 (15:00 min/mile pace)
PLANNED - 60 mins of P90X (Day 37 of 90)Plyometics( XXX AVG - XXX MAX HR) XXX Kcals.
POST-SCRIPT: I was extremely tired when I got home during the evening & just could not mustard up the strenght to do this workout. Decide it was best to just chill for the evening. I had a very stressful day at work & it just drained the life out of me. Did not do well on my evening with my eating. had way to much Ice cream. However, I notice that the stress was taken over & made a mental note later in the evening when I wanted to just munch that I indeed had more that enough to eat & that I really did not need to eat any more. It worked, the rest of my evening went smooth. I went to bed a little earlier to catch up on much needed sleep.

I don't know the "Smimming Termonology" very well. The "wings" are called paddles, they are plastic & come in different sizes. They make you hands look like web hands.
The flippers I use are the bigger ones. I do find that these help me swim much faster. So I like to begin my workout without using them to built up my endurance with my own body. Then I add them for fun.

What are wings? Are the flippers the short ones or the big ones. I have been thinking of getting the shorter ones. I haven't swam for a while. got to get back to it , July will be here before I know it. Your max has been higher lately.
