WOW, what a great workout. I have not been to class in over 10 days. I have been sleeping a little bit later so morning & just doing P90X in the morning I wake up late to get to the class on time. Well Tony really pushed the class today, & was joking to the class that I didn't think the class was challenging enough. I really think he missed me & just wanted to show his appriciation by pushing the class a bit harder and a bit longer. It was great & I loved it!!!!

12:00PM - 60 mins. of Walking Outside - 3.5 miles (95 AVG - 106 MAX HR) 194 Kcals.

8:40 PM - 59 mins of P90X (Day 47 of 90) Legs & Back ( 106 AVG - 138 MAX HR) 256 Kcals.

Hey, I would miss you too, if I actually knew you in person. Your weight is moving down again.
How do you do pull ups with a chair. We use big rubber bands at the gym. I'll be happy when I can do at least one in every hand position.
