5:20 AM - 90 mins of Spinning ~ 18 miles (132 AVG - 154 MAX HR) 580 Kcals.
Today's class was speed work at my request. I know I have very strong legs to carry me in the hill workout, so I wanted to concentrate on improving my speed endurance. So I requested the class focus on speed. Tony really put on a great class & I really did bring it. I was able to get my heart-rate into the 150's a couple times during the workout and my avg. heart-rate was nearly 10 beats higher that normal.

1:15 PM - 60 mins. of Walking Outside - 3.5 miles (92 AVG - 98 MAX HR0 178 Kcals.

9:00 PM - 60 mins. of P90X (Day 52 of 90) Kempo X (100 AVG -134 MAX HR) 230 Kcals.
