Thanks for letting me know about your daily cals. After wearing my GoWearFit, there was no way for me to stick to 1300. I eat 1600, even on my rest days. Per the GWF, I was burning 1900 cals on a rest day, and I don't want my entire 500 calorie deficit to come from food alone.

I'm a lot happier with the new calories, but I've been splurging on some naughty empty calories because it's hard for me to eat more after getting full on 1300 cals. I'm trying to create a hunger - does that make sense?
