8:30 AM - 100 mins of Running - 10 miles (144 AVG - 162 MAX HR) 857 Kcals.
THE BROAD STREET 10 MILE RUN: Finished in 1:39:27. (9:57 min/mile pace)
First run of the year. A very hot & humid day, temp near 90 degrees. Thing worked out well. I made sure that I carried a bottle of water with me & grabbed a cup of water & Gatorade at every station that offered it. Finished just under my planned time of 1:40:00.:thumbu2:

Lots of walking after the race looking for my hubby in a crowd of 30,000 people. Thankfully he shaves his head bald, so that somewhat narrowed the search. Afterwards we had to walk to the train station which is approx. 1 mile from the finish line. Approx. 80 mins. total walking time.

Rested much of the afternoon, took a nap on the hammock.

5:45 PM - 58 mins of P90X (Day 63 of 90) StretchX (80 AVG - 96 MAX HR) 108 Kcals.
My body feels much better after this workout. Loosened up my very tight muscles.
