Yea, Yesterday really knocked me out. I think it was all the stress from the work week.

I did the 10 mile Broad Street last Sunday. I have not officially signed up for anything else yet but I am thinking of doing the Tour De Cure Bike ride on Sunday, May 23rd. If I do it , I will need to get there a little earlier the day of the race to sign up.
