100 MILES?? Not even close it was a easy ride of 60 miles. It took me 6.5 hours last year on one of my 100 milers. maybe will do a bit better this year when I do it again. My Hr has been very low. I like it to be 140-155 but I am having a hard time holding at 135 right now. A lot of stress right now is what I'm thinking is why.
