Really tired this morning, just could not bring it to the workout. Need to learn to rest alittle.
Well only one week left with P90X. That should free up my evenings. Then I can feel like I only have to workout in the evening if I want to.

1:15 PM - 50 mins.of Stationary Bike ~ 8 miles ( 101 AVG - 108 MAX HR) 153 Kcals.

7:30 PM - 93 mins. of P90X (Day 85 of 90) Yoga X (74 AVG - 96 MAX HR) 155 Kcals
