WORKOUT
NO MORNING WORKOUT - Really Really tired last night, so I decided to turn of my alarm in the morning and sleep a couple extra hours this morning. I really needed to listen to my body, I was just plain old tired. I also plan on not working out during my lunch, since I will be leaving early. My only planned exercise today will be P90X (day 86 of 90). And then some relaxing with Family to celebrate my B'Day! Yea and I am even planning on having a few drinks!!!!!
UPDATE - Decided to Nix all workouts today & just enjoyed the day for what it was --- My B'Day

Had a great time out with my Mother & Children. Received a Pandora bracelet with a few charms. It was such a surprise & I Love it.
Went way over my calorie limit

But it was worth it.

I'm glad to see you took a day off! I've learned over the past few years that the rest days are just as important as the workout days. Happy Birthday!
