WORKOUT

NO MORNING WORKOUT - Really Really tired last night, so I decided to turn of my alarm in the morning and sleep a couple extra hours this morning. I really needed to listen to my body, I was just plain old tired. I also plan on not working out during my lunch, since I will be leaving early. My only planned exercise today will be P90X (day 86 of 90). And then some relaxing with Family to celebrate my B'Day! Yea and I am even planning on having a few drinks!!!!!

WORKOUT

5:30 AM - 70 mins. of Spinning ~ 13 miles ( 104 AVG - 118 MAX HR) 302 Kcals.
Really tired this morning, just could not bring it to the workout. Need to learn to rest alittle.
Well only one week left with P90X. That should free up my evenings. Then I can feel like I only have to workout in the evening if I want to.

1:15 PM - 50 mins.of Stationary Bike ~ 8 miles ( 101 AVG - 108 MAX HR) 153 Kcals.

7:30 PM - 93 mins. of P90X (Day 85 of 90) Yoga X (74 AVG - 96 MAX HR)...

WORKOUT

8:15 PM - 30 mins. of Stepmill - 3.1 miles ( 132 AVG. - 147 MAX HR) 204 Kcals.
Manual Mode: L5 x 10 mins, L6 x 10 mins., L7 x 10 mins.
Usually I could stay on Manual L5 for the entire time and burn 200 calories. But today, I had to up the intensity just to come close to the same burn.

8:55 AM - 50 mins of Swimming Laps ~1.1 miles (108 AVG - 118 MAX HR) 231 Kcals.
Breakdown: 42 laps of freestyle swim for 30 mins. followed by 12 laps w/flippers & 18 laps w/flippers...

12:00 PM - 112 mins. of Running Outside - 10.5 miles (131 AVG 141 MAX HR) 754 Kcals.
Runs are getting easier. Once I settle on an easy pace...I could just run forever.

5:55 PM - 60 mins. of P90X (Day 82 of 90) Legs & Back ( 96 AVG - 122 MAX H ) 202 Kcals.
