5:10 AM - 60 mins. of Stepmill (L4) 4.8 miles (122 AVG - 128 MAX HR) 354 Kcals.
Breakdown: 40 mins. @ Manual L4, Then alternating l4 & L5 every 1 min for 20 mins.
6:25 AM - Planned to do 40 mins. of Swimming laps. But 4 laps into the swim I went into a panic attack & I felt like I could not breath. The room was closing in on me & I just had to get out of there. I think I have to much running through my mind. This is my last week at current job, starting new job next week, construction of new kitchen, ect.... Hopefully next swim will be more productive.
1:10 PM - 60 mins. of Walking Outside ~ 3.5 miles (NO HRM) ~ 180 Kcals.
