Run: 3.65 miles in 30 mins (8:12 pace) Started at 6.8 mph for 8 mins, then 6.9 - 7.6 mph @ .1 mph increase every 2 mins., then 7.7 to 8.2 mph @ .1 increase every 1 min.
Walk: 1.12 miles @ 4.5 mph for 15 mins.
Wow, I could really feel the humidity & I was in the air-conditioned gym on the treadmill. The last 5 mins. of the running was grueling but I was determined not to lower m pace because I was so close to setting another personal best. And yea for me, I averaged a 8:12 min/mile pace!!!!!!!
The new job is going OK, so much training going on right now, I can't even get on CK to log my daily food entries. So I write everything down on paper & when I get home at night, I transfer to my CK diary. I really like knowing my daily total on protein, carbs, fat, fiber & nutrients. I am more into meeting my nutrient targets than just the calories.
