10:00 AM - 92 mins. of Running Outside ~ 8.2 miles ( 133 AVG - 143 MAX HR) 630 Kcals.
Planned on doing a 7 mile run, but ending up doing a little over 8 miles. It always seems like the first mile or two seem hard but after that it is a piece of cake. The weather is starting to getting a little cooler so I will start in the next few weeks adding some speed training to my workouts.
I had my first dinner party in my new kitchen today & it was a hit. Started with a choice of two homemade soups. My old standby Roasted Tomato Basil Soup & Zucchini Parmesan Soup ( a new favorite). The main course was Talipia fajitas. We finished it off with a mini fresh blueberry cheesecake rampkin.
