Had to nix the Ab Ripper portion because I have two scabs on my butt from the previous Ab Ripper that I did on Wednesday. Apparently my ass bone rubs the floor & I got a rug burn and it doesn't feel good.

What a different perspective running can be in the dark. Nice calming run.

Yea, my butt is still sore. I had both a pink and a black yoga mat. I gave my daughter the black one. However, I realized that althought the pink one is cute the black one was a much thicker mat. I started my second cycle of P90X on Sept. 1st. That way I will finish before the December holiday craze. Then maybe INSANITY in January.

OUCH! That happened to me too - well, not getting the rug burn from ab ripper, but from one of my classes. Crunches were off limits for a while after that mishap. Now I use a mat.
