5:10 AM - 90 mins. of Spinning ~ 18 miles ( 129 AVG - 140 MAX HR) 567 Kcals.

6:55 am - 31 mins. of TM Running - 3.1 miles (133 AVG - 145 MAX HR) 213 Kcals.

My morning was not off to a good start. Actually woke up 15 mins earlier that usual, so things were looking good. But when I put the P90X DVD in the player, it would not play. So after spending at least 10 mins. trying to get it to work, I decided to head to the gym. Halfway driving there I realized I forgot my I-pod, so I had to go back and get it. I decided to do spinning & try out the new instructor then maybe do some running afterward. Well first I will say that will be my last class with her. To much Techno music:bigeyes3: I just could not get into it. Thankfully I now had my I-pod and got in 40 mins on the bike before class started.

Now I need to make sure that I stop at Best-buy's after work and get a new DVD player so that I can do my planned PX90 Chest & back DVD.

7:50 PM - 53 mins. of P90X (Day 8 of 90) Chest & Back (101 AVG - 129 MAX HR) 205 Kcals.
