Breakdown: 6.0 - 7.0 mph pace with .1 mile increase every 5 mins X 111, then 7.1 mph for 1 min., then 7.2 & 7.3 mph for 2 min each. followed by cool-down at 4 mph pace.I did plan on only doing a 3.1 mile run, but the run was so easy so I decided to run for an hour.
