Breakdown: Manual Level 5, Level 6 & Level 7 for 20 mins at each.
I really was pushing it for the last 20 mins in Level 7. I was determined to complete the entire duration without putting my hands on the handles. And yes, I did it!!!
7:20 AM - 30 mins. of Incline Walking - 2.0 miles (115 AVG - 135 MAX HR) 157 Kcals.
6:20 PM - 60 mins. of Biking Outside - 12.85 miles (114 VG - 128 MAX HR) 314 Kcals.

Have fun on the 1/2 , Suzanne, I know you won't need luck. Are you going to run for time or fun? I always have ran events for fun. Like to find a lady to run with and talk.lol!
