6:15 AM - 30 mins of Walking Inclines - 2.o miles ( 129 AVG - 152 MAX HR) 196 Kcals.
Breakdown: 4 MPH pace with inclines at 3.0 - 15% w/.1% increase every 1 minute,
then 14.5 - 10.0% incline decrease every 30 seconds.

8:00 AM - 20 mins. of Walking Laps in pool -~.4 mile (83 AVG - 93 MAX HR) 42 Kcals.
I did plan to swim laps, but when I got in the pool I felt queasy & cold. So I dicide to just take it easy and walk some laps.
