Breakdown: Manual Level 5, Level 6 & Level 7 for 20 mins at each.
I really was pushing it for the last 20 mins in Level 7. I was determined to complete the entire duration without putting my hands on the handles. And yes, I did it!!!:thumbu2:

7:45 Am - 60 mins of P90X (Day 12 0f 90) Legs & Back (96 AVG - 119 MAX HR) 205 Kcals.

3:45 PM - 37 mins of Running ~ 3.1 miles ( 1234 AVG - 134 MAX HR) 223 Kcals.
Was planning on doing 6 miles, but I was feeling very tired during the run ans decided to cut the run short. Finished 3.1 miles.
