Lovely picture Suzanne, I am back in the gym finally. Feeling very good about it except for the sore butt! Just going to my gym without any machines. Sort of a crossfit type thing, don't tell them I said that they think Crossfit is not good becuase anyone can start one and form isn't stressed enough.
