Feeling a little better that yesterday, but still not up to pare. Decided to ride the bike at home again today. I know that if I went to the gym to do spinning, I would have pushed myself much more harder & right now I know I need to take it easy. So on the bike I went & actually watched Dr. Oz. He was talking about women & strokes. Very informative segment.
