Suzanne, are you trying to lose a few more pounds? I haven't folllowed you to well lately, but it looks like your cutting down exercise intensity for weight loss. am I wrong? Some news i want to share, I did a trail run yesterday, thought I would see if I could beat my time and see how far I can run. 13 miles round trip with 1100 ft of elevation gain. Luckily nothing to steep or long. I am sure I ran at least 12 miles of it in 3 hours with a lunch and 3 fuel and water stops thrown in. Had to walk on some of the hills and some spots are too dangerous o run on with sheer drops. A new best for me. I don't know where the limits is. I never train for these things I do. I just go.
