I am currently Training for my 1st Triathlon in 2 weeks. I usually don't work out that early, but there was a program on WHYY Public TV called "3 Step to Incredible Health" presented by Dr. Joel Fuhrman. He is an awesome pioneer on Nutritinal Science and he is so respected in the community. I just can't sit and watch TV .....so I rode my Spinning bike @ home while watching the program.
