Very HOT day!! Went walking with my nieces & nephew on othe Ocean border getting our feet wet as we walked. My calfs were really sore on the walk back to out beach chairs. I thin...

I recruited my niece to join me this nice and sunny morning and take this bootcamp class that is offered every morning on the beach. I was really a great workout. The instructor was well trained and knew how to challange you. My niece lasted 45 mins of the class & then decided to cool off in the ocean while I finished the class.
