WORKOUT

Cool-down: 5 mins Walking = .33 mile at 15 min/mile pace.

Nice cool day so I decided to take advantage and go for a run. Started to feel a little knee pain 90 mins into the run. Should have cut the run short then, but continued until I reached the 10 mile mark.
