WORKOUT

9:30 AM ~ 5:30 PM - Spent the day finishing cleaning out the kitchen & dining room. Looks so weird with out any thing in it. Covered up all the furniture in the living room with old bed sheets. Trying to avoid as much dust collecting on the furniture. Then cleaned up the outside. Needed to move the outdoor furniture away from the kitchen & dining room area since they will be closing up the kitchen door and making was for new French doors in the dining room. Decided t...

WORKOUT

9:30 AM ~ 11:30 PM - Spent all day cleaning out the garage to convert it to our temporary kitchen for at least the next month. We are finally getting our dream kitchen. Demolition begins promptly Tuesday, June 1st. I did use my heart rate monitor and averaged a burn rate of 2 calories per min. I am going to count 7 hours (1/2 of the total time) for the UYM challenge since I did break for meals & driving to the store to get some items. Approx. 840 Kcals.
