Planned on doing P90X Chest & Back from Mondays workout & P90X Plyometrics but my DVD player was acting up. Just could not get it to play. I took me over 15 mins. to even get the DVD out of the machine. Very fustrating. Deside to head to the gym to at least get in some kind of workout. I really don't like being behind on my scheduled 90 day plan.... but as Tony says.....Do your best & forget the rest.

8:30 AM - 100 mins of Running - 10 miles (144 AVG - 162 MAX HR) 857 Kcals.
THE BROAD STREET 10 MILE RUN: Finished in 1:39:27. (9:57 min/mile pace)
First run of the year. A very hot & humid day, temp near 90 degrees. Thing worked out well. I made sure that I carried a bottle of water with me & grabbed a cup of water & Gatorade at every station that offered it. Finished just under my planned time of 1:40:00.

Breakdown: Manual Level 4 for 20 mins, then Level 5 for 10 mins.
8:05 AM - 45 mins. of Swimming Lessons (NO HRM) ~ 158 Kcals.
Covered alot of different swim strokes & stretches. Easy but good workout.
1:50 PM - 33 mins. of Biking ~ 6.5 miles ( 116 AVG - 133 MAX HR) 178 Kcals.
Easy ride around the neighborhood.
