8;55 PM - 31:28 minutes Ellipical (Interval - Level 2) 3 miles (AVG HR 101) 326 Kcals.

I was trying to see if I lowered my level from 8 to 2 if I would see an increase in my heartrate. My HR was slightly lower on the lower risitance, but a slight increase in pace.
Not much difference though.
