Jeremiah 29:11 For I know the thoughts that I think toward you, saith the LORD, thoughts of peace, and not of evil, to give you an expected end.
The problem with that is that GOD knows! Hello?! Not Lyn!
Yesterday I figured out how I was going to "diet" without dieting. What an oxymoron huh?

I was just going to do things MY way. I didn't even consult God - my maker. I was just going to do what I thought was best for me. Keep that thought holding right there.

Psalms 37:7 Rest in the LORD, and wait patiently for him: fret not thyself because of him who prospereth in his way, because of the man who bringeth wicked devices to pass.
Now THAT is an encourating scripture. Yep. That right there!

Proverbs 16:3 Commit thy works unto the LORD, and thy thoughts shall be established.
Commit: to put into charge or trust.
I have put my trust in God and commited my workouts to Him. That's my personal prayer and meditation time and time, in general, to reflect on what I need to work on to enhance my relationship with God. It's been such a blessing to and for me and I'm SO grateful to be awakened to meet Him daily at the appointed time.
My thoughts are CONSTANTLY on my &quo...
