Genesis 19:17 And it came to pass, when they had brought them forth abroad, that he said, Escape for thy life; look not behind thee, neither stay thou in all the plain; escape to the mountain, lest thou be consumed.

Last night I watched Spiderman 3 with my family. It was pretty good! I know I'm all late, but I truly enjoyed it.

Spiderman's dark side simply consumed him and he struggled to break free. Free from all the anger, bitterness and resentment that ate away at him regarding his Uncle Ben's death.

I know how that is because I, too, let the darkness of anger, bitterness and resentment consume me at one trying time in my life. Thank God that's all over now and I ran to my mountain, which is Christ Jesus. I mean, it only makes perfect sense to me. After all, Proverbs 18:10 The name of the LORD [is] a strong tower: the righteous runneth into it, and is safe.

Which is why I keep believing what's to come is better than what's been!

Speaking of what's been. Last week, I wasn't too well and didn't really eat the way I was supposed to. Tomorrow is my weigh in day and it may or may not go well. Instead of feeling like this: , I'll YET feel like this: !

Why? Because though I may not be where I ought to be, thanks be unto God that I'm not where I used to be!
