Ecclesiastes 7:8 Better [is] the end of a thing than the beginning thereof: [and] the patient in spirit [is] better than the proud in spirit.

I like being able to see results QUICKLY with my weight loss, but the truth of the matter is that I have NO right to.

I mean, seriously, I've not really worked out, but I sure do like to make it seem that way. My prayer is simply that I will be patient, say nothing about what I'm doing to lose weight and not be proud about it. I need to talk less and let God say more.

The end result will TRULY be better...
