I set Eli up to work me though the 25 minute Upper Body workout and I ACTUALLY finished it! My arms aren't really sore, but I wouldn't say I feel like doing 50 preacher curls either...
No matter. I DID IT! God awakend me this morning and I did it! YEA!
That's only one half of it though. N...

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.I'm rich! God has truly blessed me with life abundantly!
And I want to live that life in good health.
Yesterday, I found out something we'd planned didn't quite work out as planned, but I'm learning to be grateful. I yet struggle with some things, but I'm also learning to see the blessing in everything.
Besides, God can yet change things...

Unfortunately, so does death.One of our church members was murdered and left behind two beautiful children. She was a single mother, and, being one previously, I can relate.
I know I should be praying and I will.
I also know I need to watch what I eat though and not let grief consume me...
Nothing else though. I have no words.
