Proverbs 24:16 For a just [man] falleth seven times, and riseth up again: but the wicked shall fall into mischief.Yesterday no exercise. Today, I got back up in the saddle and did 10 minutes on the Lower Body program on Eli.
HE WORE ME OUT!
I had NO clue that program would be SO challenging.
It's automatically set for at least 30 minutes, but as I said, I lasted only 10. At least I did something though, so I don't feel like a complete failure.

Psalms 143:1 Hear my prayer, O LORD, give ear to my supplications: in thy faithfulness answer me, [and] in thy righteousness.And answer me He did! My prayer before I went to sleep was for God to please let me go STRAIGHT to sleep, sleep all night long and wake up at 4 or so. Just so long as I had enough time to work out.
HE did what I asked Him to do. So He is definitely not at fault. But I let God down.
You see, I didn't get up. I just laid there, snuggled in the warm...

Proverbs 28:13 He that covereth his sins shall not prosper: but whoso confesseth and forsaketh [them] shall have mercy.And God has truly had mercy on me! Today is my weigh in day and I feel SO blessed! Though I gained, I'm STILL not in the 180's and I yet consider that a victory!
Cheating on my "diet" isn't necessarily a sin, but it STILL isn't right. I dare not cover it, but I confess and must forsake it. In the end, cheaters NEVER win. And the ONLY person they end...
