I tried to find a scripture today, but I didn't see one. Just bear with me anyway though.

O come all ye faithful! To the "Bountiful Breakfast" we're having in the kitchen. And THEN to the "Lovely Luncheon" that will be followed by a "Delicious Dinner."

And I happy obliged! WHY oh WHY do people try to lose weight during the holidays? I mean, there's ALWAYS something around!

Unfortunately, my will power did NOT sustain me, so I gave in. After my sugar induced high came down though, I was fine.

Besides, yesterday is history, tomorrow is a mystery and today's a gift! Thank God for the ability to eat food - but in moderation...
