Thank God for a fantastic workout today! I also got an added bonus by walking with a neighbor. 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training AND then an extra 30 minutes of walking. Not too shabby!
But that's today and today only. Each day comes one at a time. Feeling good today though and when I went to shower and put on some fresh clothes, I could tell the difference in myself and THIS is why I do it!
