I didn't get up to work out today. I was EXTREMELY tired from last night.

Thank God all is well though and I didn't overdo it even though by the time I finally got to eat, I felt like I was STARVING!

It truly IS a brand new day! God blessed me to see it and, aside from that, I'm feeling better than I ever have.

And today, I'll eat better than I did yesterday.

No exercise yesterday and pretty much ate what I wanted to eat and capped it off with a nice big jug of water!

BAD MOVE! Boy did my stomach ache and I didn't really sleep that well. Can't do that again...

Fast forward to this morning when I got up and got moving! I did an hour on the treadmill and abs. WHEW!

Not only did I get it out of the way, but I feel SO much better! :bye:...

Thank God for a fantastic workout today! I also got an added bonus by walking with a neighbor. 30 minutes of cardio, 30 minutes of strength training AND then an extra 30 minutes of walking. Not too shabby!

But that's today and today only. Each day comes one at a time. Feeling good today though and when I went to shower and put on some fresh clothes, I could tell the difference in myself and THIS is why I do it! :bye:...

BURN BABY BURN!

Okay, getting back into the workout routine can be a bit much. We ALL know this.

But MAN! The trainer said, "Gimme 3 more!" I said, "Gimme a break!" All the while, I had to be honest with myself and remember THIS is exactly why I pay someone: to whip me into shape.

In the end though, I felt the burn. Not to a point that I couldn't walk the next day or anything, but I do believe it's going to make a difference in my workout. I like structure and feel this is...
