Before anyone gets excited, it isn't success in terms of me meeting my goals, but it IS in terms of me accomplishing my workout goal.

I used to be SO good at getting up and working out, but for some reason, I either lacked motivation or was just plain lazy.

Today though, God blessed me to arise and workout and I'm feeling pretty pumped!

PLUS, there's a new campaign starting here entitled, Start Moving. Actually, it's ALL across the state of TN from what a co-worker told me. So...

NOTHING ELSE I CAN SAY

I feel as though I let SO many people down.

I haven't worked out, eaten right OR kept my word. I wanted to so very badly, but I'll admit, I failed.

Though I must get back in the saddle, I lack motivation. I pray it comes soon, but even until it does, I must be like David and encourage myself.

I have no one to blame but myself, for not "laying aside EVERY weight. It would be easy to do, but in the end, I'm only fooling myself.

After months of NOT logging in and stopping an routine that kept me CONSTANTLY losing weight, I simply stopped doing what needed to be done.

Today, is a new day though. And one that I simply took one moment, but not "bite" at a time.

As long as God gives me strength, I can do this, but I'm praying for consistency....

O COME ALL YE FAITHFUL!

I tried to find a scripture today, but I didn't see one. :bang: Just bear with me anyway though.

O come all ye faithful! To the "Bountiful Breakfast" we're having in the kitchen. And THEN to the "Lovely Luncheon" that will be followed by a "Delicious Dinner."

And I happy obliged! WHY oh WHY do people try to lose weight during the holidays? I mean, there's ALWAYS something around!
