Philippians 3:14 I press toward the mark for the prize of the high calling of God in Christ Jesus.Eli took me for a ride today! WOW! I couldn't hang with him and the Upper Body 2 program, but I DID manage 10 minutes on the higher resistance.
And then I resumed 20 minutes on a lower resistance. Not TOO shabby, but not exactly PERFECT progress in the stepped up workout with Eli, but progress nonetheless.

And today is NO different. He answered my prayer and awakened me at during the 4 o'clock hour so I could work out. And a GREAT work out I had!

Psalms 25:18 Look upon mine affliction and my pain; and forgive all my sins.I was thinking about how I sometimes seem to be addicted to food, but God always lets me lose weight. I'm not taking advantage of it, but I DO need to.
For instance, He's forgiven me and blessed me to awaken EVERY morning this week thus far and work out. So I've gotten up and done so. And I NEED to make sure I watch what I eat so that I may lose MORE.
