Jeremiah 32:27 Behold, I [am] the LORD, the God of all flesh: is there any thing too hard for me?I didn't attempt to work out ALL 30 minutes on Eli before with the Lower Body I program. It was ONLY 30 minutes, but those were 30 minutes I DARE NOT COMPLETE! OH NO! It was hard and I only completed 10 minutes. But then...
But then, I prayed and asked God to let me make it through ALL 30. AND HE DID!
So you see, there really is NOTHING too hard for God!

I set Eli up to work me though the 25 minute Upper Body workout and I ACTUALLY finished it! My arms aren't really sore, but I wouldn't say I feel like doing 50 preacher curls either...
No matter. I DID IT! God awakend me this morning and I did it! YEA!

Proverbs 10:22 The blessing of the LORD, it maketh rich, and he addeth no sorrow with it.I'm rich! God has truly blessed me with life abundantly!
And I want to live that life in good health.
Yesterday, I found out something we'd planned didn't quite work out as planned, but I'm learning to be grateful. I yet struggle with some things, but I'm also learning to see the blessing in everything.
Besides, God can yet change things...
