Okay, so far so good. With a new trainer who is really pushing me...kind of exciting. I do have to battle the scale though and the daily rise and fall. Up 2 pounds in 2 days and I am frustrated. I had one bad day and am wonder if there are more then a little hidden calories in the Carabbas food I ate last night. I have learned that is I am going to eat out 2 days in a row I really need to try to order clean. I was shocked at how oily the food was yesterday and the calorie count on what I ate varied from site to site.
1. Order sauces on the side
2. Ask for a "light" low oil prep
3. Be strong
4. Enjoy
5. Don't weigh the next day

2 lbs in 2 days has gotta be water weight. Is Carabbas food very salty stuff? otherwise you'd have had to eat 7,000 extra calories and I don't think that's possilble...? anyway whatever happened, happend. Past tense. I like your 5 ideas for next time! THAT's the ticket to success-ville!
