. I am off to a good start this a.m. as far as food goes...and I have a plan. No excercise today but I will do some lunges down the hall and some hall squats between appts.
Yay....I am ready. I weighed 144 this morning. I want to be 135 but am going to try to get to 130 so my fluctuation doesn't ever go over 135.
