Stayed close to calorie limit and hit 171.0 with bed clothes on. WOW. This is great. I am learning to avoid foods that shove my calorie limit too high, mostly fatty foods. Now my home scale seems to be off from the gym scale. But its all relative right?

Did a weigh in and the CK program reminded me that I hit my intermediate goal weight. So set a new one! Hey can't I just bask in the glory for even an hour? Before getting back in the saddle?
Well I set a new intermediate weight - the one the program recommended = 161. Yikes. that is so close to the 150s!!! I think this could be easier with all my newfound knowledge of what calories are in what kinds of foods.
