I am brain dead. But let's see if I can get to the gym tonight. going over a bit each day on calories... so have to exercise it off. It's raining so I had to stay home, can't ride the scooter in the rain. BUt Jillian shred to the rescue. 28 min and 258 cals according to the hr monitor. Learning hr monitor program. This is cool and gives me more goals that I can measure.

Now I have to figure it out.
Spent the day with Vicki at a workshop by a well-known educator Jamie McKenzie. We had fun and the day went fast. Fortunately we ate at Panera with a large group, and I know that our database contains quite a few Panera items. Yes they had fuji apple salad with chicken. I couldn't eat it all.... so I guess my stomach is shrinking.

... but I am very tired. Had a battle with my youngest over getting to school earlier than usual. I won but through sheer :@ing.
170.0 this morning. that is a slight backslide but maybe it was because I ate in the middle of the night. And since I haven't slept well it's hard to consider doing anything strenuous. But THIF !!

Students, teachers, we had a student die two weeks ago and everybody is not the same. Plus we are deep into winter which means Grey (with a capital G) for Seattle. Just trying to hang in there.

Great lunch with the lunch group. Lots of fresh vegetables. Comfort food.
